Making a Second Strand of DNA

Once we have one strand of cDNA, we remove the RNA molecule and make a second DNA strand. Now that we have converted the original RNA fragments into cDNA copies, we are almost ready to use the same technology we use for DNA sequencing in our attempt at sequencing RNA.
