Attaching DNA Adapters

Now we attach special DNA adapters to the ends of each cDNA molecule. These molecules allow the sequencing machines to recognize and sequence the cDNA molecules. Remember, this collection of cDNA molecules is called an RNA-seq libraryA, and this entire process we have just reviewed is called RNA-seq library preparation.
