Locate RNA Sequence Data

The next step is to view some RNA sequence (RNA-seq) data from an experiment displayed in this same region of the genome.
 

Click on the tab called “Select Tracks.”

In the search box, type the following: "Cat Enteroepithelial" and click the search button. This will automatically filter the available data to tracks from this experiment.

Find and select the track called “Transcriptomes of Cat Enteroepithelial Stages (CZ-H3) mRNAseq Coverage aligned to T.gon. (Hehl Lab) (log scale).”  Once you select it, it will automatically appear in the “Browser” section.
