Toxoplasmosis

Toxoplasmosis is caused by Toxoplasma infection. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) categorizes it as a “Neglected Parasitic Infection” and is targeting it for public health action. Although most infected individuals experience few symptoms, it can be deadly.
