The Challenge

Now you are ready to sequence your own unknown strings. Your goal is to use the images of what colors light up during each cycle to figure out the sequence of bases in the unknown strings attached to your flow cell.

Hint: You should be prepared to record the color and spatial positions that light up and in what order. Once all the cycles are done, you can figure out the order of the nucleotide bases in your strings.
